Virtual Math Lab is a set of applications designed to support teaching and learning of exact sciences. It originated as a tool for increasing learning efficiency and for making it more attractive, helping students to understand mathematical ideas and their applications.
The Mathematics portal has been designed and is being constantly developed by employees of the Mathematics Teaching and Distance Learning Centre and the Language Centre at the Gdańsk Tech.

The area of activity of the Center includes teaching mathematics in various fields of bachelor and masters level studies at GUT, conducted in a full-time and part-time form, as well as organizing courses, competitions, trainings, lectures and workshops for primary and secondary school students and others who are interested.
Mathematics Center is an university-wide unit operating at the Gdansk University of Technology since 2006.
